Acted for Bentall GreenOak and their joint venture partner, Mission Street, in acquiring 4 properties in Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol, for the purpose of redevelopment to create major research and development hubs. These acquisitions are the initial investments made by this joint venture, which is seeking to grow a platform of assets on areas with strong R&D credentials. One of the properties 1 Temple Way in central Bristol, plans to deliver the largest commercial science scheme in the South-West.

Acadia Healthcare

Advised Acadia Healthcare, a US based provider of inpatient behavioural healthcare facilities, on a US$662 million agreement to acquire Partnerships in Care and the Priory Group including advising on all the real estate aspects and undertaking due diligence in respect of the care home portfolio.

London Development Agency

Advised on the remediation programme and risk allocation arrangements in the leasing of St Andrews Hospital for mixed-use redevelopment.

Cell Medica (now known as Kuur Therapeutics)

Advised this cellular therapeutics company on a range of property related matters including bespoke arrangements for occupying laboratory space in a London hospital and, a collaboration agreement for shared research space.
